Online Registration

Thank you for visiting our website and registering your child for the 2017 Portage Minor Baseball Association season.  Under Registration forms at the top of the page you will find the 2017 PMBA Registration Form. Click on that link to proceed.   Payments will be made via PayPal and you can either log in and pay directly from your bank account or pay by credit card as a guest at PayPal. 

A few things to keep in mind:

If your child has registered for PMHA via Goalline they will have an access code.  This is easy to find, you just fill out their name and birthdate via the prompts and they will send you the access code and you can proceed.  If your child has not, just proceed through the forms as you normally would.

As well PMBA offers a discount to additional children from each family who are registered.  The discount applies after you've registered your OLDEST child*.  You may only use the coupon code for additional children registered, you may NOT use the code if you are just registering one child from your family.  The only way we could facilitate this 25% discount was to offer a coupon code.  The Code is ADDITIONALCHILDREN   **all caps!  At the payment process of the registration there is an opportunity input the coupon code.  The onus is on you to input the coupon code.

Lastly, Goaline does not allow you to pay for all of your children in one lump sum.  You must register and pay for each child individually.  There is an opportunity to create a family tree after each child, but each child must be paid for individually.
